To report an issue, please email cx@gossipgoblin.studio within the following timeframes:

• Within 10 business days of delivery (required for claims)
• Up to 30 days from delivery for general support

Please ensure you:

• Include clear photos of the issue
• Retain the original packaging

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• An exchange (subject to availability), or
• Store credit equivalent to the item value
