Sales Policy
All Sales Final
All orders are considered final once placed. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns based on sizing issues, wear, or personal preference.
Qualifying Issues
The following issues are eligible for review:
- Rips or tears
- Misprints
- Holes
- Any visible defects
Reporting an Issue
To report an issue, please email cx@gossipgoblin.studio within the following timeframes:
- Within 10 business days of delivery (required for claims)
- Up to 30 days from delivery for general support
Please ensure you:
- Include clear photos of the issue
- Retain the original packaging
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- An exchange (subject to availability), or
- Store credit equivalent to the item value
International Orders
All international orders are final. However, items that are damaged or incorrect are eligible for a refund.
